My dear friend Kori, who I've posted about a few times before, lost her beloved husband Richard last night to cancer. Her facebook status was:
- Kori M. At 12:26 AM my wonderful husband graced the gates of heaven. "We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord." 2 Corinthians 5:8
So true, and yet my heart breaks for her as I know that this was the love of her life and 30 is too young to say goodbye to him. I know prayers will be greatly appreciated at this time in her life, for both her and her two sons.

My heart breaks, too, and 30 is far too young. I am so sorry, Christy. Makes me feel better to know Kori has friends like you to lean on.
