Maybe they need MORE COPIES

I have been using the library to try and find craft books, so I can really look at them before putting them on my Amazon wish list. I like the Seattle area as there is a King County Library System that allows you to access books from every library in the entire county. That being said, I think they might need more copies of some of them....

Oh, I am so glad I'm not the only one who does this! I definitely think your library needs more copies. Mine needs to crack down on the people who don't return the books. Every time I go in to get one, they are usually overdue by a year.

Oh man, I had a book one time on hold thinking I would run up to the library later that week to get it. Um, yeah. Same type of thing. I finally caved and just had to buy a copy!

Thanks for sharing in my SITS day with me!

Our libraries do a great job of interlibrary loan but also tend to order just one copy of a very popular book, like the Amanda Blake Soule book, The Creative Family. I was 34th on the wait list or something, then when it came in, I was out of town a lot during my three weeks with the book. And out of my hands it went again. :) Good luck! Your book will be here before you know it.

I just ordered a crafty book that I don't think the library will ever get -- Doodle Stitching. Maybe a nice choice for embellishing Xmas gifts?
