I was very productive this weekend, but I am not finished with any of the projects I worked on, so I will show pictures later....but here is one thing. I have had this quilt fabric for about a year, and have finally finished the top. Realistically, I don't expect it to go further than this for quite some time, this is the fourth quilt top I have done but not quilted. I like the tops the best.
Here's the fabric that started it all...the flash distorted the colors a little bit, the background is actually black.
And here's the finished top...I had a hard time getting a picture, I had to hold the camera up by the ceiling while standing on a tall chair to get even this, and this is the best of 15 pictures. The colors are still kind of off...it is a very rich blue and gold color....see the picture above.
